Return & Exchange Policy

Every piece you order is crafted with utmost Love & Care. Keeping in mind the hard work of our Artisanal team we do not accept any Returns or offer refunds on any successful purchases unless the product is damaged during the Transit. In case you do not find a jewellery piece you have ordered fit for you for any reason, we will be more than happy to Exchange it for you, no questions asked.

It could be a size alteration or a whole new piece all together. In such a case, our team shall be notified within 24 working hours of Delivery of the order. Every Exchange request will be entertained within 2-3 business days. In case a damaged product has been delivered to you, please send us an email with the photograph of the product within 24 hours of delivery. The situation will be asses & further course of action will be taken accordingly

Shipping Charges: The shipping charges on every Jewelry Piece are additional as per actuals charged by our Vendor/Partner. The amount varies as per the pincode of the area selected for delivery.

Shipping Time: The shipping of every piece depends on the intricacy of the work & the detailing. Any piece can take between up to 48 working hours for shipping. Delivery ETA is mentioned along every Production Description available on the Website
